No Progress Yet…
We sit currently awaiting the approval of our purchase of the Homestead lot. In the mean time we have begun preliminary designs on the home and have made the decision to use and market the build as a green building opportunity to showcase the potential of sustainable building practices and the overall positive impact such methods may have on those involved. The builder, Eric Wagenknecht, will be taking part in periodic “builder’s blogs” in order to inform an answer specific questions. Greg Hydle, a new media specialist, will provide video “snippits” depicting the more fascinating aspects of the project. All in all we are excited and moving forward. Stay tuned for more to come…

Exciting! Looking forward to your progress…
Enjoying Trista on twitter, she’s adorable, seems like a happy mommy!
Hi Ryan,
I just stumbled upon your sites after stumbling across Trista on Twitter! I loved you guys on the Bachelorette but haven’t followed you much since then.
I am very interested in your green building project… the first design was beautiful, I’m interested to see your next one.
My husband is involved in a sustainable golf course development in Costa Rica (where we live right now)… we are in the process of designing the villas, homes and condos. If you have a minute, you can check us out at http://www.sbgr.com…. would love to hear any tips you have on building sustainable housing.
